Toutes ces étapes doivent être menées avec soin afin d’assurer une bonne qualité et une bonne classification des amandes.
Afin de répondre aux exigences de qualité et de prévenir la contamination des noix de cajou, le conditionnement se déroule dans des conditions idéales de propreté et d’hygiène.
Les éléments suivants sont nettoyés régulièrement:
