Le contr\u00f4le des lots et le GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) est effectu\u00e9 par le responsable qualit\u00e9. Le conditionnement sous vide permet de conserver efficacement les produits sans perte, car de mauvais conditionnements peuvent ainsi entra\u00eener des pertes \u00e9lev\u00e9es d\u2019amandes et compromettre la rentabilit\u00e9.
