Foods Co S.A is proud to have obtained 1 star for its roasted cashew nuts in the Great Taste competition organized in the United Kingdom. To obtain a Great Taste star of 1, the product must be a food that offers fantastic flavor.

The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) is a US law that gives the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authority to set and enforce food safety standards for cultivation, processing, production, packaging, storage and distribution of domestic and imported food products. Since its ratification in 2011, a set of rules has been developed to define the minimum requirements that food businesses must implement to produce, process and/or distribute food for sale and consumption in the United States.

HACCP Certification
Our HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is the primary platform of international manufacturing legislation for everyone involved in the food industry. The certification assures clients of improved product safety, proactive risk management in the production chain, and robust compliance with international standards.

The BRC certification makes it possible to meet the requirements of British distributors in terms of the quality and safety of food products. This certification establishes a common foundation for food safety requirements, contributing to standardized audits and assuring clients of our commitment to delivering high-quality and safe food products in the UK market.
The BRC aims to define a common basis of food safety requirements for manufacturers of private label products on the UK market and thus to standardize audits. BRC certification is obtained after an audit by an EN 45011 accredited certification body.
